Our knives and cleavers are intended for everyday use - not to be put on a shelf or in a drawer. Our knives are handcrafted using time tested and traditional methods. We strive for a product that reflects upon the “old ways” with a touch of modern flare. Our blades are crafted from modern 1095, 1075, 5160 high-carbon steels.

We also utilize recycled materials such as old mill blades, leaf springs and other high-carbon steels for a truly one-of-a-kind option. Transforming an old neglected tool into something of continued value and purpose.
